What unbuyme is
unbuyme is a checkout simulation tool. It lets you move through the ritual of a purchase without spending money or placing a real order.
Payments and orders
The app does not process payments. It does not place real orders, reserve items, or interact with retailers on your behalf.
Saved moments
Your saved moments are stored locally in your browser using localStorage. They remain on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.
Product link import
When you paste a product link, that URL is sent to the unbuyme server only to attempt metadata extraction — such as product name, price, description, and images. The app may fetch publicly available page metadata from pasted URLs. We do not use pasted links for any other purpose.
Accounts and personal data
unbuyme does not require accounts. The app does not knowingly collect payment details. Please do not enter real card details or sensitive personal information — the checkout flow is a simulation only.
